Photos from ScanArt 2010

I’m the (volunteer) director of an annual juried art and design exhibition in Melbourne called ScanArt. ScanArt is an initiative by the Association of Norwegian Students Abroad, displaying works from Scandinavian students and alumni living in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

This year’s exhibition, and the sixth so far, was held at 1000 Pound Bend gallery in September/October. We showcased 55 works by 18 artists and designers. In the week it was on the exhibition saw almost 1,500 visitors.

ScanArt 2010 was presented in partnership with the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Canberra and Jarlsberg.

Here’s a few shots from installing the exhibition and from opening night.
